For all the experienced running loggers my apologies if I make any newbie mistakes, please show me some mercy. Started the second week of my running program today (2 mins of running followed by 3 mins of walking, six times). Felt better than last week! Just wish I had more time to run. I up the pace for each two minutes I get to run so that by the last time I'm running I am really pushing the tempo (although to be honest on the grand scale of aerobic capacity for people on the team I doubt that's anything special). Ran on a grassy field so I have no idea how long each interval was but if I had to guess I'd say I ran 600-650 meters in the last 2 minute interval, but that could easily be incorrect. Finished off the run with pushups, situps, and superpeople.
