Comments:
8x300m with two-minute recoveries at American University today with Todd and Kravitz. Two, good nights of sleep definitely helped my outlook during the day and I was ready for anything by the time we got to the track. I only heard a couple 49s and one 48 from Karen who although we signaled to her rarely timed us. Noah, however l, said that I was always a few seconds ahead of him and he timed himself at 50-51 for the whole workout. I attacked every repeat and actually ran on my toes for once. Of course I was more fatigued as the workout went on, but overall am pleased.
