Comments:
Did 375 leg lifts then biked for fifty minutes (five on one resistance, 40 on 3 resistance, 5 on 5). Legs didn't get tired until the last five or ten minutes (I hope that's a good sign that I'm building up endurance). Didn't have time to do strength work unfortunately
