10' warm up
drills and strides
3 X 4'/2' active recovery
5' cool down
a few chin ups

Felt a little sick all day but I still did this anyway. No regrets.

I suppose the most notable thing about this workout was that Goblin-like dude getting aggressive with everyone at the FH, myself included. I've never seen, after all the gyms and tracks I've been to, anyone work out with Roseary beads before.
