Today was another run day! My knee was a little tired at first because we went on a hike earlier today (lots of inclining stuff but if you're ever in Puerto Rico I highly recommend going to see El Yunque National Forest). After the first two times my knee pretty much loosened up so I pushed the pace and by the last time running I think I ran close to 700 meters ( To be honest I have no definite way of knowing). I also tried to focus on swinging my arms again, keeping my posture straight, and most importantly getting my stride back to its original form. Ever since I've been running again I've had a slight limp due to a lack of putting complete pressure on my knee while running, its more psychological than anything, but consequently my stride is much shorter than it used to be and I do not particularly enjoy it so while pushing the pace I tried elongating it and getting it back to its natural form and I honestly felt quite free and back to normal so it was quite pleasing.
