Boston What's up

Out of puerto rico and now into frigid boston, getting some quality brother bonding time though so I can't complain. My brother's dorm has a weight room (which is connected through this secret underground passageway-- felt a lot like Hogwarts but it was really cool). So I used the treadmill and let me tell you three minutes running is a lot harder than 2! So its hump week i guess. I pushed the pace with each running interval (6.5, 7.0, 7.5, 8.0, 8.5, 9.0-- I even got to 10.0 on the last one). Knee felt great! Hurt a little getting started with the pounding on the treadmill but I actually found that the faster I went the less it hurt and it felt more smooth and didn't hurt by the end. Going to do strength work while my brother is at soccer practice.
