Bike day today! My brother's dorm has a small gym in its basement( which has a pathway that is like this underground tunnel that is quite scary or sketchy honestly but really cool). Went on the bike for 45 minutes, increased resistance as time went on (5 minutes of it on 1, 25 minutes of it on 3, 5 minutes of it on 5, and 10 minutes of it on 7). Pushed the pace as time went on, knee felt tired but I felt as though as I could easily push through it so I wasn't worried, my left leg got did not get tired really till like five minutes left but once it got tired I really felt it, right leg got tired with two or three minutes left. Didn't have time for strength work unfortunately.
