Really short workout today
8x30 sprints
3x50 bounds
5x 150 at race pace, 15 sec rest, all out 50, 10 sec rest
did it indoor, in spikes. It definitely felt hard, but it seemed too short. Maybe we should have done more sets?
1.5 mile warm up, 2 mile cool down
Lift day 1, stretch, ice bath
