Comments:
ran around the block opposite direction with lindsay, the way where its a gradual uphill and I find the hardest. Felt realllyy tired today and I really think my shoes, which are in awful condition, have something to do with it. after we did 8 strides and half mile cooldown. I might have a ride to the running store friday
