long run

Comments:
woke up early and went running in my new shoes. did most of my run on the track actually and felt really crappy.. My shins hurt and my feet were burning the whole time.. After wearing years of stability shoes the shoe store out me in neutral based off of the test so itmy be a big adjustment. Not sure if I like them yet or not. Pace was slow today, literally couldnt pick it up at all
