Felt bad for being lazy and taking my day off yesterday so I set the alarm early this morning and went over the fitness center to give myself a tough workout before I head back home. I first did my leg lifts, 350. I then tried to simulate a workout as well as I could. First I went 10 minutes with the resistance down on 1 to simulate the jog to AU and a little bit of warm up, never letting the RPM go below 100 though. Then I stole from Anthony my idea, I did 7x1:15 min (to be like a 7x400) with the resistance on 7 for the first three and then 10 for the next four. For the first 2 I gave myself a 1:30 min rest with the resistance down at 1, and then for the four a 1 min rest with the resistance down to 1. I then did some core and strength work(Chest press, leg holds for 30 sec, bosu squat holds for 30 sec, 45 sec, and 1 min, and planks for 1:30)
