Hill workout

Meant to do this in the morning but family friends came over and so it got pushed back to the latest possible time. I went to a hill that I always avoid on steady runs and did the bottom half of it. I'm not sure if it was the right length, I keep going back in forth in my head thinking it was too long or too short, so hopefully somewhere in the middle. The workout felt fine, I was tired by the top of each hill and then the recovery was long enough that I felt pretty ready to go again. But it was hard to know how I did because I didn't have anyone near me to compare.
Afterwards I did planks and crunch rotation with pushup rotation in between sets of crunches.
