Knee was kind of tired cause I already had pt today, which went great my physical therapist said whatever I did the last two weeks worked cause my knee looked great and my quads in terms of strength looked quite even so thats great! Kept pushing off working out cause but I knew I had to. Only made it for 35 minutes, but with the resistance up on 3 for all of it, never let the rpm go below 90. Felt good pushing myself through feeling tired, I like working out late.
