Comments:
run around 7:35-7:40 pace, watch didnt connect at first. Did strides and half mile cooldown. I also did some hurdles and hurdle drills, made my hips a little sore. Still felt tired ish on the run today, I think its my breathing I noticed im breathing heavier than normal and its harder to.
