Comments:
Ran to the outdoor track to workout with Adrian. He wasn't there right away so I kind of made up my own workout similar to yesterday's: 200 smooth, 100 jog, 100 all out, 2 minutes rest.

Then Adrian showed up with the actual workout. The actual workout was 12x200 in 2 sets of 6 so I did the first set with him. Goal was 28-32.

Light abs and stretching while waiting for him to finish the second set before heading back to Veale.
