Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I started out the run feeling really tight and heavy and thinking I would turn around really early, but after 10-15 minutes I was feeling really good, so I just kept going. It was nice to be on so many trails. (the distance is taken from Silas' log, so I assume he knew what he was doing.)
After practice I had soccer practice. I unfortunately arrived 20 minutes late because I went to the wrong place, but I was there for a good hour, until it got dark and we had to stop. It was fun to play soccer again. (I think it has been about 5.5 months.)
