It feels weird to be logging while I'm at school. Like you all see me here right? you know I'm working right? Nevermind, something I'll have to argue with zeke about. The knee was actually actually tired today because I had already gone to physical therapy but I am going to be out of town this weekend and may not be able to push myself that hard either tomorrow or saturday or monday. Bike felt great though, could push through it and the knee does feel tired but not in pain anymore. Put the resistance on 1 for the first 10 mins, 3 for the next 25, and 5 for the last 10 mins, did some other quad strengthening exercises while waiting for a bike.
