Aqua jog

Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
I went to the pool with my mom, since she has swim team on Saturday mornings. The swimming lane that I usually go in had 8 people in it, so I aquajogged. I did a fartlek where I would go hard twice during each length of the pool to make it more interesting. When I got home I did 1:30 planks, clams, squats, and some sit-ups.
