Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Used my dad's bike, which had clips (a fun and new experience). Biked from my house to the Dorset trail head of the CCT. Counted to and from the trail and warm up and cool down because of all the intersections and subsequent clipping and unclipping. Biked down into Georgetown, right before the right turn that leads you to theK Kennedy Center. Forgot how much harder the way back would be, both due to strong winds in my face and continuous uphill, so the ride ended up being a little longer than I would have liked. All in all, I think I prefer running, as the biking (more accurately what I assume to be my bad biking form) was making my back stiff a bit towards the end, and I really wasn't all that aerobically tired, although my quads were definitely a bit sore.
