30 minute steady bike

Talked to Veronica today. She suggested going easy today and tomorrow so I can race Saturday. Biking was boring of course but I'm pleased with how I felt. Didn't try to push myself at all, stayed at about 12 mph the whole time, with a resistance level between 8 and 10. It was enough that I felt like I got in a workout and my legs (especially quads) were burning but felt no strain on my groin. Did a lot of stretching afterwards. Should be back to running tomorrow.
