Track Workout with Theo, Josh, and Noah B. Did 2x800 at mile pace (not time-wise, but just feeling like we could maintain it for two more laps) and then 2x400 a little faster. The 800's felt good, but I was a little cold and felt heavy on the 400's, especially the 1st. I matched my pr on the second, which felt good. Hopefully I'll be able to break 5:40 on saturday, as that was roughly the pace I was running today. Need to get some more sleep tonight.
