Morning Run

Exercise Type: Run

I cant sleep in anymore so I figured I might as well get up and run. Woke up around 8 and wen tout 8:30 or 9:00. It was really nice out, chilly in the shade but still hot in the sun. Felt really smooth and easy the whole way. The last few miles I was pretty dehydrated and hungry, should eat a granola bag before starting.
