Comments:
Did a workout on the bike after veronica advised me to x-train all weekend. 8x1min hard with 2 min of recovery and 5 min of warmup and cool down. I was impressed with grace for enjoying the bike workout so much and her enthusiasm reminded me to appreciate it more. Afterwards, Grace, Gillian and I did crunch rotation with sets of push-up rotation in between
