Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was a bad logger last week I know I know. But so today I went with the distance runners and did the western route. Turned back a little on th early side with Silas, Theo, and Noah, I just didn't wanna risk anything and was already getting a little tired (still adjusting to this whole distance lifestyle). Felt pretty good, a little winded during the run but this is by far my longest run all season so it feels good! I felt good though all in all and got in a good stretch afterwards
