Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So last week wasn't real good for the mileage, or number of days running. This month isn't starting out at the right pace either. All I can do is try to stay positive and motivated and turn things around. 5 months seems like a long time to train for a marathon but it is not. I have a lot of work to do in those five months and if I don't put the work in now I will be hurting and disappointed come race day!
Todays run was nice and easy home from work.
