Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
6:20; 6:20; 6:30; 6:32 for the first four miles. I did try and stay comfortable for the last half.
I will try and go extra extra slow for the rest of the week. Even if it is way too slow. Because I know I am going ridiculously fast for the easy days.
Done on a trail with markers.
