Comments:
I waited until after the storm and it finally cooled off. I was pretty nauseous for most of the run, but felt better toward the end. I had some stomach cramps. I am thinking that my eating habits of late may be why I'm feeling off. Maybe I just haven't yet recovered fully from last week. I took this at a moderate pace, which, because this is Milan River, is more like 6:55-7:00 pace anywhere else.
