Exercise Type: Swim

Weather: hot

45 min fartlek in the pool, 7 x 4 min on then 2 min off, last one skipped the rest and did 10 min straight and 5 min cooldown, difficult to get the feeling of a hard effort out of it, holding my breath seemed to make it a little tougher, core tonight as well

doctor's diagnosis is a soft tissue bruise so nothing major, should be back in a week or so if all goes well
