Track Session - Mile Pace

Comments:
6 x 400 metres w/ 2 min recoveries - 69, 72, 72, 72, 73, 70. - wanted to do 10 but even with longer recovery these hurt quite a lot - felt flowing on the first few but then the last few started to ache - set off too fast on the first one for sure - need to get used to what exactly mile pace is - so this session will be repeated on wednesday.
