Comments:
Set off quite fast and for a while really flowing around Victoria Park - went out of the steady state comfort zone around the 20 minute mark and struggled from then on to reach steady target - v.fast finish at the end - all in all roughly 6:25 mile pace so pleased and feeling fit.
