Comments:
lunch run down MLK to 3 mile mark. thinking about regionals and nationals helped me pick up the pace from the MLK start through the turn around and back to the 2 mile mark. would have gone the whole 6 but didn't want to push it past comfortable. I have the total time but didn't split anything so the split times are estimates.

way easier effort than last Tuesday (hence steady state and not tempo)
