Comments:
Tried my best to take it easier today. It seemed a lot easier then other days. Most of my run was up hill so it was a little tougher then i wanted it to be. Overall i felt pretty decent. I don't have a bike or a pool so i need to find something to substitute for tomorrow or steal some ones bike. Maybe ill do a fast 2 miles instead.
Splits were 6:59, 6:41, 6:23.
