Comments:
So I went to philly yesterday for my best friends birthdays, so I didn't run but we did hang out in the city all day. I wanted to be careful running today ans wanted to do 2 miles but felt short. I got a really bad cramp, and it was super hot. My TFL got a little tight during the run too. I decided to bike after instead of elliptical. Shooting for the 2 miles tomorrow.
