Comments:
45 min elliptical and 30 min turf run, nothin crazy. i felt really really guilty for crosstraining on the last bearable-temperature day in a long time but after almost 30 miles in 3 days my legs really needed it, my quads were kinda(but not too) fatigued and my right arch kinda started to flare up last night. it feels fine now.

i also have a tiny bit of glass in my foot so that's annoying
