Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
First weight lifting session in a loooooonng time. I'm really going to try to do this weekly, but we shall see how good I am at motivating myself. I will post the routine later.
EDIT: 2 sets of this
10 walking lunges with a 25lb. plate held above my head.
10 reps on the chest press at 90 (or will bench)
15 dead lifts at 50 pounds (bending down with the bar thing)
5-6 pull-ups with full extension.
8 pistol squats (one-legged squats) holding a 10 lb. weight.
12 body weight dips. (Did tricep push downs but working toward this)
