Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I ran to her house, did the 4 min of running with her, and ran back home (and somehow managed to make the same wrong turn on the way back as on the way there.) I am really out of shape. Afterwards I did planks and crunch rotation with push ups. I don't think I'm going to start officially training until Monday because I want the training schedule week 1 to start on a Monday.
I'm so excited for Isabel to be finally running again and I was honored to join her for her second run. (Seemingly I got beaten by silas for the first one, even though im pretty sure I asked first :) )
