Run from hell(a)

This run wasnt actually bad, I'm just in a town called Hella and I couldn't pass up on the opportunity. My whole family went, including my sister, who is going to be a freshman year and is running cross country!
This was my first official run back. I decided to start today instead of tomorrow because it may be hard to find a place to run in the next couple days. I didn't feel too horrible, for a first run back, probably because it isn't hot here. I had some cramps and my muscles are tired, even after such a short run but it wasn't so bad!

I'm very excited to be back runningn and to start with a clean slate, injury wise!!! Also looking forward to having Isabel fully back running :)

Strenth was 1 minute planks, 3 sets of push-up rotation, and clams.
