Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran at 3:40pm not the best idea but i dont have time to run later. So i just got out there and did it. I Didn't lose the feeling in my feet this time. Also there is a hill that is about a mile long straight up. So i ran up that in the middle of my run. This was probably the most hills i have done so far training. Probably because i had so much time to spare. I did 6 miles so i was not worried about in which direction i was going. I think i have to say that my whole run consisted of all up hill and maybe 1 mile was down hill. It was tough.
Splits - 7:10, 6:24, 6:54, 6:48, 6:49, 6:56.
