Comments:
Today I learned that I have little to no ability to run up hills. This brought my morale down and forced me to concede to a somewhat slower run. Otherwise, I started with moving drills and then after the run did six striders at the very top of Robert's Lane before jogging home for 1:30 planks, 2x25 pushups, and 2x75 crunches.
