IV. Speed Drills
a. Straight Leg Bound
b. 30ft sprint – reblock – 30 ft sprint – reblock etc…
c. High Knee/Sprint/High Knee/Sprint (explosive)
End workout by going through a good stretch routine.
Warmup and Cooldown should be a walk.
