Comments:
Ran after work like usual. Not sure what I did differently but way, way better run. Then my previous runs... Maybe it's cause I took a couple days off.
Splits 7:03, 6:25, 6:28, 6:36, 6:21.
I see a consistence in the splits maybe that's what I need to do stay at a relax pace.
