I did 8k's the last few runs. This time its time to get into 10k shape. Today was the first run of 6 miles in a while. But it felt good. especially on the way back.
I didn't have a very good June. I only ran 10 days for a total of 56 miles. I did however have a better june than last year where I only ran 1 day for 3 miles. The heat down here is no joke! July starts tomorrow and I need to get started on this marathon training. I have new motivation for running and performing well. If I do well and can run sub 1:16 in the half I can a stay a bit longer in Florida. But I need to win money to stay in Florida and I need to start turning this up for real!
