First Day of Practice

Comments:
Today was our first day of practice. It was good to finally start practice with coach and all the other runners. Today I felt good! My legs were not bothering me at all, but I still took it easy because I just found out that the team has heart rate 400's on Friday. I definitely need to rest up a little for that! Anyways we did a little core exercises before our run and a leg exercises and strides afterwards. It was a good practice and I am feeling good again!
