Second Day of Practice

Comments:
Today was another good day of running for me. First we did a 45 minute session of yoga. It was just what I needed!! On the run I felt refreshed and under control the whole way through. I kept thinking about tomorrows workout. For some reason I feel a little nervous because I want to put up some good times, but not fall off at the end. It was just another easy hour again. I feel good and I am in good shape. I'm ready for tomorrow.
