Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Easy 10k, the first half was very easy and was able to push a bit harder the second half. Still not really running fast miles and the easy miles don't really feel that comfortable but I need to have a solid base and foundation and be in decent half marathon shape by the end of july. Consistently has been decent for the start of the month. I really need to find away to run on the weekend, even if its one day.
