Comments:
Well this was kind of a rough run. I ran with Abby, on a route of our own choosing (wisconson to warren to reno and back to the cathedral.) I felt pretty horrible throughout, and from the beginning was breathing quite hard. We had to stop because I got kind of dizzy and lightheaded and also to use a bathroom. So thanks to Abby for bearing with me, and for letting me monopolize the conversation for the entire time, and during warm-ups. She continued on for a few minutes when we got back, and I headed in. I'm surprised by the pace that I got after mapping this run as it definitely felt a lot slower.
Kind of disappointed with this week of training so far. 2 of the days were x-training, and 2 were really horrible, although this wasn't nearly as bad as Monday. At least Wednesday was a really great run. Tomorrow will be off and hopefully Sunday will be better. It's also only week 4 though, and there are still a couple months till cross country, so it really doesn't matter.
