Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ana got back from camp yesterday (congrats to her for running while she was there) and we did a run together this morning. In our neighborhood, there is no such thing as a flat run, and this was no exception. We went down into the park, which means that the beginning is all downhill, and the end is all uphill. Some parts were a tad rough, though it was great compared to Monday or Friday.We had a couple stops, for shoe-tying, and once for stretching. (Plus Ana had to check her Instagram.) Ana stopped around 30 and I kept going till 35.

When we got home we did planks, crunch rotation, and 2 sets of push-up rotation
