So as you can tell i haven't been posting for the last 4 days or so. There is a reason behind that. I recently just got into a car accident, i'm ok and i wasn't harmed. Mentally i was just a little shook. So i've been dealing with that stuff and being mentally drained/stressed.

I was at the beach all day today so when i got back i decided to run. Mentally I'm feeling better and i think i should get back on track now. I feel i may have fallen off a little personally. So i just started off easy 3 for the start of my week.
