Weather: Cool, but steamy. Gonna be hot today...
Comments:
Got up this morning and felt energized and loose. Got out quick and held the pace down. I think I need to work on my form a bit (particularly later in the run), but damned if I know anyone that can coach me. I think staying focused on it is probably a better idea.
