Weather: Pretty hot in the Morning

Comments:
Ran just coming back from a recovery. Was worried about doing a hard workout with the Varsity after hurting myself but I got through fine. Was limping a bit afterwards but I feel better now, need to take it easier and smarter. Was getting use to new shoes with Heel Inserts as well but feels ready to run again after recovery.

4x1200 with Scott, Shankar, Sam, David, and Allan.

All in the 4:05~4:10s on the first 1200m of the course instead of the Track.
2 Mile Cooldown afterwards. A bit more then 5.5 miles, but the 3 workout miles (4800m) was a good quality 'Q' Day.
